01Ownership
The writing, design and original videos and photos here belong to Ken's Olfactory Odyssey unless noted otherwise. Brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for commentary and reference.
02You're welcome to
View the site, link to it, share it and reference it when you're thinking about working together. Quoting a number or a line with credit back to Ken's Olfactory Odyssey is fine.
03Please don't
Republish or repackage the site or its contents as your own, scrape or bulk-copy the text, data or images, or use the material commercially without written permission. A quick email usually gets a yes.
04About the numbers
Audience numbers come from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube insights and are refreshed twice a week. The media kit shows the date they were last updated. Social numbers move constantly, so treat them as a snapshot, not a guarantee. Some are rounded.
05About the videos and links
Videos play from Ken's own posts on Instagram and YouTube. Links to perfume houses, shops and events go to their own sites. A link is not a sponsorship. If anything was gifted or paid, the video says so, and if a link or code ever earns me a commission, I'll say that too.
06Privacy
Visits. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which videos get played. It sets cookies in your browser to do that. I only use the numbers to learn what people like to watch.
Messages. If you write to me through the contact form, Jotform sends your name, email and message to my inbox. I use them to reply. I don't sell or share your details, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Videos. Videos play from Instagram and YouTube, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Your browser. The site keeps a few small notes in your own browser, like when you last visited, which conversations you've seen and whether you closed the events bar, so it can show you what's new. They stay on your device.
Your messages, your call. To have a message deleted, or to ask what I have, email kensolfactoryodyssey@gmail.com.
07Working together
Anything on the site about how a collaboration works is a general guide, not an offer. Scope, timing and terms are agreed in writing for each project.
